• Share or distribute assessment materials, questions, or proprietary evaluation content

3. Service Access Requirements

To access certain features of our services, you may need to provide specific information, meet eligibility criteria, or complete registration processes. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion without notice or liability. Attempts to manipulate assessment results, circumvent evaluation protocols, or misuse our services undermine the integrity of our offerings and may result in immediate termination of access.

4. Multiple Account Policy

Each individual or organization should maintain only one active account unless multiple accounts are explicitly authorized by Aptivex. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, manipulate assessments, or abuse our services is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

While we strive to provide continuous access to our services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

2. User-Generated Content Rights

When you submit information, responses, or other content through our services, you grant Aptivex a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and analyze that content for the purposes of providing services, improving our offerings, and conducting research. You retain ownership of your submitted content, but this license allows us to fulfill our service obligations effectively.
